Jane Leather Apple Watch Band

To adjust the length of the band, flip the bar up and move the band to the desired length using the holes in the band.  Then snap the bar back down into place and it will securely lock.  This will allow you to set the desired length of your band without having to adjust it each time you put it on!  (Please see the picture in the gallery for instructions).
