Policies & Procedures


We currently only ship items to the United States.  We offer a flat rate shipping of $2.99 on all orders.  Orders over $30.00 will ship for free!  All items will be shipped within 2-3 business days of your purchase.  We ship all packages via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your payment is verified, you will receive an email confirming your order.  When your order is shipped, you will receive another email confirming shipment and a tracking number will be provided.

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date you received your package. If 14 days have gone by since the date you received your package, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact us prior to returning the item to ensure you are within the 14 day return timeframe.  If packages are returned after the 14 day timeframe, we will send them back to the sender.  We do not offer store credit.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  The buyer is responsible for the return shipping for refunds and exchanges, unless your item is damaged or defective.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  If it is for an exchange, your new item will be shipped to you.  You are responsible for the new shipping charges.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@hipsterrow.com.

Sale items:
All sale items are final.  Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged.

Damaged/Defective Items:
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective. If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please send us an email within 14 days of receipt of the item at support@hipsterrow.com and we will work with you to send you a replacement.  The buyer is not responsible for the shipping charges to send the replacement.

Return Shipping:
To return your product, you should mail your product to the following address: 10400 Overland Road #313, Boise, Idaho 83709.  Attention RETURNS. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs on the original purchase are non-refundable, unless your item is damaged or defective.  If you receive a refund for the product, the cost of shipping will not be refunded, unless your item is damaged or defective.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75 back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Buyer Responsibilities:

The buyer and receiver of any item purchased through Hipster Row assumes all responsibilities of that item.

All contents of this website (photography, wording, design, layout) are copyrighted under the United States Federal Law and other copyright laws, and is the property of Hipster Row. The collective work includes works that are licensed to Hipster Row.  Copyright violation is illegal and any use of the contents of this website without written permission will result in legal action.
